This 3-Star hotel is constituted of two adjoining units, including spa and solarium. Extending to 1.700 sq. m. in all, it is located in Chianciano Terme, a small town in the hearth of Tuscany which has become famous over the years for its thermal baths and healing waters.

The main unit comprises 18 en-suite rooms (13 doubles and 5 singles), equipped with television, telephone, safe-deposit box, small fridge for fresh beverages. 10 bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, too.  

The adjacent out-house includes 10 en-suite rooms (8 doubles and 2 singles), also equipped with television, telephone, safe-deposit box, and small fridge.

The subjects are fully compliant. The plumbing was refurbished in 2008 and linked to solar panels for water heating.  The fire alarm system has also been refurbished recently but some devices are still to be installed.
